Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and __COMPANY__, which runs Tinted. By using the app you accept them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, use your real first name and age, have only one account, and not be barred from using dating services by law.

How to behave

You must not:

• harass, threaten, bully or demean anyone;
• post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or photos of anyone but yourself;
• pretend to be someone else, or run scams, ads or sales;
• ask anyone for money;
• contact anyone you think may be under 18, and you must report them;
• cheat at duels, tamper with the app, or scrape other users' data.

Your content

You own your photos and words. You give us permission to store and show them to other users so the service works. You promise you have the right to share them.

Safety and moderation

We check photos and review reports, but we can't vet every user. Meet in public, tell a friend where you'll be, and report anything that worries you. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Tinted Plus

Plus is an optional subscription. It lets you play up to three matches at once and pairs you before people without Plus. Reveals, chat and safety tools are the same for everyone.

• You pay through Google Play, at the price shown before you confirm. Google Play's terms also apply to the payment.
• Plus renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. Cancel in Google Play at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Plus starts as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel for change of mind once it has started. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if Plus doesn't work as described.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
• We'll tell you in advance, through Google Play, before any price increase takes effect.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete my account.

Our responsibility

We provide the app as it is and can't promise it will always work or that you'll find a match. We are not responsible for how other users behave, on or off the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and law

We'll tell you in the app before making important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
